2013-2014 season will have seven parties at Club120 between September and April
Organizers of Rough House, the popular gay men’s BDSM dungeon party held in Toronto, today announced event dates for the 2013-2014 season, which will run September through April. Steamworks Baths Toronto is the Presenting Sponsor of Rough House (www.steamworksbaths.com/toronto).
All Rough House events at Club120 are held on a Sunday afternoon, from 1pm to 5pm. Admission is $10. Rough House will take place: September 29, October 27, November 24, January 26, February 23, March 23 and April 20.
The popular Rough House Leather Market will be held September 29 and January 26. The April 20 event will be wrap-up event for Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy contest weekend. A leather market during the contest weekend will be confirmed at a later date.
Rough House is well established at Club120 (120 Church St, 2nd floor, Toronto; two buildings south of Church & Richmond), where the event has been held since 2009.
Who is Rough House for? Rough House is not a pansexual event, neither by design nor goals. Rough House was created as a BDSM space for gay leather men to foster play, sexual networking and education. That said, it’s nuance: Leather dykes comfortable in a gay male-focused space show up at each event and are always welcome — knowing that Rough House is decidedly targeted as BDSM space for gay leathermen and other leatherfolk that enjoy a male-focused environment. For more information, consult the About Us section.
What happens at Rough House varies event to event, depending on attendees. Play often includes pumping, saline, watersports, bondage, flogging/single-tail, CBT, percussion play, electro and fisting, and public play. Check out photo galleries on the Rough House website to see examples of the play. (Please note that photography at Rough House is posed or with permission, and not random photos of attendees.) A more detailed description of demos and invited special guests for each event is published on the website closer to the event date.
With help from a dedicated roster of volunteers that make the event possible, Rough House is produced by Brandon and Dan, producers of Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy.
